Shipping & Returns
It will take us about 1-3 business days to confirm the payment, prepare and ship your items, unless mentioned otherwise in the product description.
We use Canada Post standard delivery service, which usually takes additional 2-5 business days for your items to arrive at your address. We will notify you by email with a tracking number as soon as your items are shipped. You may directly contact Canada Post if there are any unexpected delivery delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can return your purchased items without charge, for any reason, within 15 days after the delivery date. The items must be in original conditions with the tags. Please email us at email@example.com with your name, contact and proof of your purchase to arrange the return. In case of an exchange, the same product requirements mentioned above are still valid. Please be aware that an additional charge due to price difference between the items may be applied.
For small size items such as clothing, shampoo or toys, you can ship to #110 - 20 E Royal Avenue, New Westminster, BC V3L 0G9, Canada. For bulky items, kindly contact us via email or chat.
Once we receive the returns and confirm the original conditions, we will immediately process your full refund. You can specify your preferred payment method in your email. Otherwise, the same payment method you used for this purchase will be employed. You will receive a confirmation email right after the refund has been made.
